Carl R. McAloose, MHA NHA CASP, has served Luthercare as President & CEO since March 2008. Reporting to the Board of Directors with a mission to “Reflect Christ’s love through service to others,” Carl is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction while continuing organizational growth and maintaining service and programmatic excellence. Prior to his current role, Carl served in various executive leadership roles throughout his career, most recently as Vice President with Spiritrust Lutheran of York, PA, and as Sr. Vice President/Co-Founder of Generations Management Services, LLC, formerly of Mechanicsburg, PA. Throughout his 22-year health care career, he has served as an Administrator-In-Training (AIT), Assistant Administrator, Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, Sr. Vice President of Operations and Chief Executive Officer in both for- and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to entering the health care profession, Carl served in the US Army (82nd Airborne Division), as a Signal Officer with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, and as a Communications Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, both domestically and abroad.
Carl holds a MHA from the University of Scranton and a B. Soc. Sci. from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy Preparatory School. He currently serves on the Professional Advisory Council of the Health Administration Program at the University of Scranton. He is a member of the Governance Committee of Linden Hall School for Girls where he served most recently as Vice President of the Board of Trustees. He is a Vistage alumnus of over 7 years and has been a Free and Accepted Mason, Pulaski Lodge 216 for 25 years. He resides in Annville, PA with his wife and two adult children.

Elizabeth A. Brennan currently serves as CFO and Treasurer at Luthercare in Lititz, PA. She has responsibility for Corporate Finance, including risk, debt, and investment management, budgeting, compliance, and all accounting and billing functions. She is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and Maryland, and is a current member of PICPA and AICPA. Prior to joining Luthercare in 2013, she served as Principal, Audit Department of Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP, and Senior Manager, Audit and Accounting Department of Parentebeard LLC.
Elizabeth holds a BS in Business Administration from Millersville University. She has served as President of the Board of Directors of CASA of Lancaster County from 2012 – 2013, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Clare House, where she previously served as President during 2015 and 2016. She resides in Landisville, PA with her husband and two daughters, who are all sports enthusiasts.

Matt Oathout, MPA, NHA, CASP, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Luthercare in Lititz, PA. He has responsibility for all Luthercare building and campus operations at Luther Acres, St. John’s Herr Estate and Spang Crest.
Matt joined Luthercare in 2010 as Executive Director at Luther Acres and was promoted to Senior Executive Director in 2014.
Matt’s experience in healthcare began in state government in North Carolina, followed by various leadership roles in senior living communities in Pennsylvania – most recently five years as a Nursing Home Administrator with SpiriTrust Lutheran, the former Lutheran Social Services of South Central Pennsylvania in York County.
Matt, a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) and a 2015 LeadingAge Leadership Academy Fellow. In addition, he was a LeadingAge PA Central Chapter Board member from 2012-2016.
Matt holds a Master of Public Administration Degree with an emphasis on Community Health from East Carolina University, Greenville, N.C., and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, N.Y.
He resides in York County with his wife and two children.
Blake S. Daub joined Luthercare in January 1997 as Manager of Human Resources. He was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 1999, and his role has expanded through the years to include oversight of multiple support services, including Corporate HR, IT, Dining Services, and Lebanon CCIS. Prior to joining Luthercare, Blake worked in Corporate Human Resources at Lancaster General Hospital.
Blake earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and received his Master of Business Administration from LaSalle University. He currently serves as President on the Denver Borough Council, is Vice President of Faith United Evangelical Church Council, a board member of Business Group on health, and is a Free & Accepted Mason of Ephrata Lodge No. 665. Blake lives in Denver with his wife and son.

William Snyder currently serves as Vice President - Philanthropy & Community Engagement at Luthercare in Lititz, PA. He has responsibility for philanthropy, including resource development, mission advancement, and alignment with community needs and partners. He is an ordained minister of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, with 16 years of parish experience. Prior to joining Luthercare in 2009, Bill served as Vice President, System Leadership and Collaboration with Lutheran Services in America, and as Senior VP at Lutheran Social Services of South Central Pennsylvania
Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Grove City College (1979), Master of Divinity from Luther Northwestern Seminary (1983) and Master of Sacred Theology from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg (1996). He has served in numerous ways in the church and community, is a Certified Aging Services Professional and is a Leading Age Leadership Academy Alumnus, Class of 2008. Currently, Bill serves on the Policy Council of Lutheran Advocacy Ministry of PA and Bridge of Hope National Board and enjoys facilitation of various types of meetings. He also enjoys time with his family, skiing, reading, cooking and hiking.
