Residents may choose from spacious cottages or townhome apartments in one and two-bedroom designs. A variety of options is available. Find the right floor plan for you.

Go ahead and ask around. Our residents will tell you how much they love it here! Many of them will tell you they wished they had moved here sooner. And no wonder, we take care of:

• Interior and exterior maintenance of building
• Grounds maintenance and snow removal
• Full-time Community Life Manager available to assist with social service concerns

And, Luther Acres offers two unique entry plans. You pick the one that makes sense for your lifestyle.
1. Our Traditional Entrance Fee Plan is a plan, which decreases by 2% per month to a zero balance at 50 months.
2. Our 75% refundable Asset Preservation Entrance Fee Plan maximizes the preservation of your estate.
