Our community features pleasant sights, sounds and aromas to create an atmosphere that feels like home. The design provides cues and gentle reminders of the day’s activities that maximize independence in a separate, safe and protected environment.
Our program involves residents in enjoyable, stimulating activities. Individual life skills like gardening and baking are incorporated into each day in a fun and meaningful way. Daily enrichment programs provide the opportunity to enhance emotional and spiritual wellness, as well as improve health and overall life satisfaction. Individual and group programs build on lifelong interests or creative self-expression.
Our memory support program includes:
- Daily assistance with personal care needs and medication administration
- Well-trained and dedicated staff 24 hours a day
- Three delicious, healthy meals a day, frequent hydration and snacks
- Individualized attention to health concerns
- Frequent opportunities for outdoor experiences in our enclosed courtyard and sensory garden
- Housekeeping, personal laundry and linen services
- Choice of a private or companion suite in a specially designed, secure area
What sets our memory care program apart is the way we get to know each resident’s individual life story. We become intimately involved with his or her family. This helps us appreciate and validate each resident as the unique, special and valuable individuals he or she is. It also allows us to create personalized support plans that help us recognize existing abilities and support diminishing skills.
