- Our Traditional Entrance Fee Plan is a plan, which decreases by 2% per month to a zero balance at 50 months.
- Our 75% refundable Asset Preservation Entrance Fee Plan maximizes the preservation of your estate.
- Our Monthly Lease Plan allows you to retain your assets and use your income, including pension and social security to improve your lifestyle at St. John’s Herr Estate.
