Your Neighborhood Connection

Your Neighborhood Connection Update

Your Neighborhood Connection launched on March 1, 2016. Since this time, team members have proudly delivered roughly 22,000 hours of care, enabling clients to remain safely in their homes. If you were to catch a glimpse of the interaction between our clients and caregivers, you would see staff assisting with errands, taking walks, scheduling and transporting to appointments, attending special events, planning and preparing meals, providing personal care or just socializing.
