At the center of our Memory Support Program is a compassionate and dedicated team that is trained in caring for those with dementia & Alzheimer’s disease. Memory care is available 24/7. We are dedicated to helping residents with memory decline lead a meaningful and engaged life.
Recognizing that Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss can affect the entire family, we also offer a variety of support and education that help families meet the challenges of caring for a loved one while continuing to have meaningful relationships.
Skilled Care Memory Support
Luther Acres Healthcare Center offers a secure area for those residents who face the challenges of later stages of Alzheimer’s disease or other memory impairments. This separate neighborhood offers 26 private residences where residents receive tender and attentive care from caregivers who understand the challenges of memory loss.
