Fair Trade Bead Party to be Held at Luther Acres Campus

A Fair Trade Bead Party is scheduled for Saturday, September 14 from 1-4 p.m. at Luther Acres, a Luthercare community, in the Community Room, 250 St. Luke Drive, Lititz. A wide range of beautiful beaded necklaces, bracelets and earrings will be available for purchase. All pieces were created by Uganda women.

This bead party will be a fun and vibrant event. Sales from this jewelry make a tremendous difference in the Ugandan women's lives. The income helps them send their children to school, to feed their families every day, to buy needed medicines and even to start their own businesses.
