Spang Crest Team Brings Spirit of Volunteerism to Day of Caring Event

A team of Spang Crest employees and their family members were among more than 1,100 volunteers who spread out across the Lebanon area in a variety of service projects to mark the United Way of Lebanon County’s 22nd annual Day of Caring on Saturday, April 21.

From 9 a.m. to noon, the Spang Crest group cleaned, mulched and prepared Coleman Memorial Park on West Maple Street in Lebanon for the spring and summer season!

The Day of Caring, according to the United Way of Lebanon, is the largest one-day volunteer event in Lebanon County and is “truly a day of unity and teamwork,” as volunteers from different organizations, businesses, churches and families come together for the goal of improving the community through beautification projects, clean-up endeavors, painting jobs and more. Thank you, Spang Crest team, for your spirit of volunteerism and your service to the greater community!
