A chef. An actor. A scientist. An engineer. At Luthercare for Kids’ Summer Enrichment Series, your children can be all of these!
Registration is now open for our fun and educational summer camp series that focuses on science, the arts, foods, and more. The Summer Enrichment Series, for kindergarten through school-age children, is taught by experienced teachers in a safe, supervised environment at our Luthercare for Kids Early Learning Centers in Marietta and Reamstown in Lancaster County and in Annville in Lebanon County.
The camps, which runs from June 14 through August 20, are for kindergarten through school-age children. Flexible schedules are available, and space is limited. Pricing ranges from $94.00 a week for two days of care to $203.00 a week for five days of care, and early-bird registration discounts are available prior to April 26.
Children will enjoy a daily routine that includes meals, free choice periods, outdoor time and activities. All programs are licensed and run by experienced teachers with training/credentials in early childhood education. We will be following all COVID-19 safety protocols as set by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The schedule for the summer is, as follows:
Kids Choice/Getting to Know Camp (Week of June 14): This opening week, we will be getting to know one another, finding out our likes and dislikes, and preparing our campers for a wonderful summer!
Community Service Camp (Week of June 21): This week’s camp encourages giving back to the community around us. We will be volunteering our time in service in our local communities.
Cooking Around the World Camp (Week of June 28): By far our most popular camp! Don’t miss this opportunity to make and try delicious dishes from around the globe.
Nature and Science Camp (Week of July 5* Camp runs Tuesday through Friday due to the holiday): Campers will explore the exciting world of science and nature by conducting various experiments and activities throughout the week.
Theater and the Arts Camp (Week of July 12): If your child likes to read, write, perform, and be creative, this is the week for them!
Jewelry Marking, Sewing/Crocheting Camp (Week of July 19): Our campers will learn techniques and have fun learning how to make jewelry and how to sew and crochet!
STEM Camp (Week of July 26): Campers will focus on various hands-on and engaging Science, Technology, Engineering and Math activities!
Art History/Town History Camp (Week of August 2): We will be looking at both art history (famous artists, paintings, etc.) and the history of the town in which the Luthercare for Kids center is located.
Desserts Camp (Week of August 9): This week hits a sweet note as campers make some dessert favorites!
Kids Choice/End-of-Summer Activities Camp (Week of August 16): Campers will revisit their favorite experiences of the 2021 summer camp and carry out their favorite activities!
