During our upcoming open house event, experience firsthand what makes our senior living communities unique! On Saturday, October 18, both Luther Acres in Lititz and St. John’s Herr Estate in Columbia will be open to tour as part of Lancaster’s countywide “Explore Retirement Living” Open House.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., visitors will enjoy classic tailgate snacks, good company, and a fun football atmosphere — all while touring our beautiful communities. Explore apartments and cottages, learn about our fantastic amenities and services available, and talk with current residents. Team members will be available to answer your questions about the move-in process and discuss the options available to personalize an apartment or cottage. Visitors can look over our custom flooring samples, paint swatches, and cabinetry selections. Plus, you can register for a chance to win two Penn State football tickets and a PSU-themed gift basket. Attendees do not need to pre-register.
Luther Acres, 600 E. Main St., Lititz, is located just steps away from charming downtown Lititz. The community features many different apartment and cottage homes in a variety of floor plans, as well as on-site personal care, skilled nursing care, and rehabilitation services. During the open house, attendees should follow signs for registration at either the Towne Center or the Muhlenberg Apartment Building. At the registration desks, visitors will receive a packet of information and a map to tour at your own pace. Shuttle service will be available.

St. John’s Herr Estate, located at 200 Luther Lane, Columbia, is situated on a beautiful 48-acre property in western Lancaster County. The community features one- and two-bedroom independent living apartment and cottage homes in a variety of floor plans as well as an on-site personal care community. During the open house, visitors will register in the apartment building and then begin a self-guided tour of the community.
